5. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated:
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
Prices may change for new subscribers.
Existing members may retain promotional pricing where explicitly offered.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to Calibre, please contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Share your account with others
Redistribute Calibre indicators
Resell access
Reverse engineer or copy proprietary indicator logic
Upload malicious software
Abuse Discord community members
Attempt unauthorized access to Calibre systems
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All Calibre branding, indicators, scripts, documentation, graphics, website content, videos, and educational materials remain the exclusive property of Calibre.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any Calibre content without written permission.
9. Community Guidelines
Members participating in the Calibre Discord community are expected to:
Treat others respectfully
Avoid harassment or discrimination
Refrain from spam or self-promotion without permission
Follow moderator instructions
Calibre reserves the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calibre shall not be liable for:

Discord

Crisp

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
